Fest11 Speakers
Chris Hay
Chris is regularly caught by his wife browsing internet sites at 2.00am in the morning. Sadly he is always looking at .NET sites rather than the haunts frequented by his peers.

Chris has worked on various large projects and is specialised in C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL and various other acronymns. Having always tried to keep at the front of the technology curve, i guess it is time to share that knowledge around a little.

Simple tip, never mention Silverlight infront of him (if you are in a hurry).

You can catch him on his blog http://silverlightuk.blogspot.com
John Peters
John came to the world's attention in January 1991, when as a POW his bruised and battered face flashed onto television screens around the world. He has written two best-selling books on his experiences and won Independent Documentary of the Year and a BAFTA Award Nominee. He has extensive international media experience and enjoys an international speaking reputation.

During his RAF career, he flew Tornado GR1 on various squadrons and before founding UPH, he developed and delivered programmes on leadership, safety and human error in aviation. He was responsible for a Human Factors cultural change programme that was awarded a Flight International Aerospace Industry Award for Training and Safety. His key area of expertise is leadership and change with particular areas of interest being trust and failure. He is a fellow of Kingston Business School and a lecturer at Henley Management College and is currently writing a book on leadership.
