Location was first rate, the event organisation was superb. If anything the event tried too hard and packed too much content into one event. I certainly had 'information overload, by the end. The £40 event fee was amazing value for content involved.

Receiving the itinerary a few weeks before was great. It gave me s chance to pick some tutorials with similar topics. As such much of it was cosolidation for me.
John McLoughlin
Although our HOL were deserted for pretty much the whole day, the questions Mike did get, not easy ones at that, he handled beautifully. Thanks Mike!
David Shepherd
Very well thought out and planned. Shame the talks were all so interesting as I didn't have time for the labs.
Andrew Larkin
Very informative and well presented. Gutted I had to leave early and therefore missed the game session :(

Seen Chris a few times before and was as impressed as ever with his knowledge and enthusiasm for Silverlight as well as his hatred of Will Young!

Facilities for this event were perfect, tea, coffee and cold drinks on tap with great pizza as always. This event was well worth attending, I picked up more hints & tips on Silverlight on this day that I have read about in the last 6 months or so. Meeting other people who had already coded with Silverlight was priceless. An excellent well worth a trip down to the coast.

Richard presented in his usual charming and witty manner. The intro and new insights I picked up into Silverlight were excellent. Excellent Silverlight stuff.
Chris Bell
Well structured event, could have done with being over a couple of days as there was so much great content that there was no time for the HOL.
Richard Holt
The presentations were so engaging there wasn't time to explore the 'hands on' labs, which was a pity after all the effort you put in to provide them.
James Driscoll
Excellent throughout the day... looking forward to seeing the finished Manic Miner!!
James Driscoll
Superb all day long... well done Chris!
Neil Robbins
Really well organised and put together, a cap in the feather for Rich and John methinks. I would have really, really liked a session on the HTML bridge stuff. That said I understand that the day was short, the topic was large, and I'm a bit of an oddball in not being all that interested in UIs (but the lego and the game were very neat).
Neil Robbins
Delivered with consummate professionalism and good humour to boot. The game was very, very cool - will it go Open Source?
Ron Watson
Excellent presentations. Especially impressed with the Manic Miner game.

Event Breakdown
Richard Costall Silverlight Speaker (Costall)
Richard Costall has been working with Silverlight 2.0 since it was first brought into the world. His job involved being a part of the Microsoft Silverlight TAP Early Adoption program. Richard has spoken about silverlight in England and Ireland - and just wants to spread the word!
Chris Hay Silverlight Speaker (Hay)
Chris Hay, Man of loud shirts, has already visited Southampton spreading the gospel according to Silverlight. They don't come much more passionate about Silverlight than this man - who lives and breathe's the Brave New RIA world!. Chris will be covering a variety of topics.
