We've now pretty much figured out when the pizza is going to arrive even if Alister hasn't ;o) but if that's all there is that I can think of that might be wrong, it means you guys are doing a wonderful job on the organisational front. You can even remember most of our names, which is most impressive.

Alan comes across quite as evangelical which shows his passion for his work and does help with "buy-in". His slides contain lots of acronyms, many of which I don't understand but that probably says more about me than him. I personally would have liked it pitched about two tenths lower and with noddy .net examples.
Zoe Colburn
It is quite a dry presentation, although I did learn a lot about REST from it. His follow up talk about doing REST with Azure would be interesting to see, as an example of how to go about being RESTful in the real world.

Clear, knew where we were going, went below the surface. Superb! (Not sure the guy in the photograph on the event page is the guy who did the presentation, though ;-))
Ben Blamey
Super.

Alan Dean Separating REST Facts from Fallacies
Still not sure what REST is or why it might be important to you? REST(Representational State Transfer) is still a deeply misunderstood architectural style. This presentation is designed to dispel some of the myths surrounding REST.
