Great talk. Informal, informative and inspiring. The knowledge that even the great DS spends a significant time swearing is uplifting and the number of nuggets of information that I would never have known about otherwise (e.g. 960.css) will reduce the time to competance significantly.

Two great presentations, interesting company, delicious pizza and some quality swag. All the reasons to keep coming back each month!

A great talk

I am interested in the topic and found it very informative. Dave Sussman was approachable and answered my questions in the break.

Dave Sussman CSS Deep Dive
With IE8 being CSS 2 compliant, now is the time to start investing in standards based web sites. Simply designed sites, using semantic markup and CSS, can be produced with minimal effort, reducing development time and easing maintenance. In this session we'll look at some of the more advanced features of CSS, examining a variety of site layouts, data entry and display solutions, and detail any cross-browser issues. We'll also examine the issues in using ASP.NET Server Controls, CSS Adapters and how ASP.NET 4 fits into the CSS landscape.
