GIT (Hereford) June 03
Git is by far the most popular source control system available right now. In this session, we will look at some of the low hanging fruit that can help you make the most of it. Along the way, you'll get a better understanding of why Git makes sense, and hopefully why you should be using it. We will look at commits, branching, rebasing, fixing mistakes, bisecting, integration options for various "legacy" version control systems, and some other cool things. If you've heard of Git but afraid of it's uber-geekiness, or are using the most basic features, come along - there's definitely something in here for you.
