Good because of the content - off the beaten track but looks interesting / profitable (if you can come up with a novel commercial idea) yet uses existing .net skills. Less good as it felt again like a one-day intro reduced to 2 hours. Briefer mobile/ce intro would have been better. But dev demo - tho simple - extremely interesting.

Watching one of Roger's sessions is such a pleasure, he is passionate and knows the subject inside out. As always you couldn't have asked for more, apart from another couple of hours to cover more material

Roger Whitehead Windows Mobile Development Issues
This talk will builds on the introductory talk Roger gave last year on Windows Mobile Development. This new talk will cover general issues when developing Windows Mobile applications as well as demonstrating specific features of .net Compact Framework 3.5 and Windows Mobile 6.

Roger will use Visual Studio 2008 during his presentation and will also cover the important new features this offers for Windows Mobile developers. Roger will cover the basics of form design, navigation, data handling, unit testing and deploying Windows Mobile applications for this technology area which is continually growing in significance.

This talk assumes a basic familiarity with Windows Mobile development using .Net although this is not essential
