Andrew Cross Understanding Cloud Services and Websites in Windows Azure
Andy Cross and Richard Conway, founders of the UK Windows Azure Users Group and Windows Azure MVPs will take you through the basics of how Windows Azure works. They will show you how to deploy cloud services through the Windows Azure Portal, Powershell and their open source library Fluent Management. They’ll also show you how to start collecting diagnostic information on any service you deploy so that you can easily diagnose faults. If that wasn’t enough they’ll be demoing the preview release of Windows Azure Websites and showing how Command Line tools and tight-coupling with Git makes deployment a great developer experience.
