| Very good... still struggling to convince my WAF though! |
| Gary Walker |
| Expected this to be a vague pointer to media and games on windows. Turned out to be more developer focussed than expected and a good pointer to what's what / wher to start. |

| This was really interesting. I'd have liked more details on the hardware set up side of things but I realise that this wasn't the theme of the presentation. It was a good 'aside' topic, with so many things to learn at the moment I don't think I'll have chance to put any of it to practice soon. |
| Steve Culshaw |
| Enjoyed the topic, doubt I'll be doing development, but the talk afterwards on various aspects of home cinema, etc. was really good |
| Steven Wilmot |
| There was a lot of detail to get across, but John covered the topic really well.
To me, it seems as though the technology hasn't really settled down to a solid standard yet - Media-Centre still seems to be a great hobbyist-gadget (TOY) (lots of cool things that you CAN do with it if you have the time and money) but there still don't seem to be that mean "USEFUL" (or "MUST-HAVE") reasons to get one. |
